Grilled Cajun Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings
Grilled chicken wings are the ultimate finger food for summer cookouts with family and friends. Start by coating the wings in a flavorful rub, then grill them until golden brown and perfectly cooked. Finish with a toss in Cajun lemon-pepper seasoning for a spicy, tangy kick that balances heat and brightness.
Ingredients
Chicken wings
Vegetable oil

3 teaspoons Cajun seasoning (divided into 2 teaspoons and 1 teaspoon)
1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder (divided into 3/4 teaspoon and 1/2 teaspoon)
1 1/4 teaspoons salt (divided into 1 teaspoon and 1/4 teaspoon)
Freshly ground black pepper (several grinds + 1 teaspoon, divided)
Fresh parsley (chopped)

Lemon zest and juice
Directions
Preheat your grill to medium heat.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, vegetable oil, 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning, 3/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and several grinds of black pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the grill, cover with the lid, and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Flip occasionally to ensure even browning, until the wings are golden brown and cooked through (juices should run clear when pierced with a fork).

While the wings are grilling, prepare the finishing seasoning. In another large bowl, mix together the chopped parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, remaining 1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning, remaining 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, remaining 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper until well combined.
Once the wings are done, transfer them to the bowl with the finishing seasoning. Toss vigorously until the wings are evenly coated. Arrange them on a large serving platter and serve immediately.
